Yes (DPO ). We highly encourage our Partners to handle payments and to use local payment methods. If a partner needs Bwbookings to handle EFT payments, they have to send an email to contact@afrisafaribookings.com. Our online Payments processor is DPO. We do not charge our Partners to use our online Payments systems.
Do you offer Free Trial?
Yes, we offer a Free Trial for a duration of 2 months. During this time we train and help our Partners on how to use the system.

PLAN A. MEMBER PACKAGE
1. Fixed Monthly or Yearly membership fees
2. NO charge per booking or quotation
3. Contacts can be displayed on the website
4. Payments are processed and handled by the Partner
5.Select DPO as the payment method to complete registration automatically.
Example: Partner has a Guest House with 5 Rooms. That means the partner will pay Monthly = 50 Pula or Yearly subscription =500 Pula. There is no charge on individual bookings, only a monthly or yearly subscription. If a Partner makes 10 bookings and each room costs 400 Pula, through BwBookings they will be paid the full amount =10 times 400 Pula = 4000 Pula.
PLAN B. PAY PER BOOKING
1. Join for FREE
2. For every successful booking there will be an 5% commission fee.
3. There is no monthly or yearly subscription fee.
4. Payments are processed and handled by Partner not BwBookings. The partner pays 5% commission
Example: A partner has listed a tour 5 Day Safari Moremi Game Reserve which costs 1000 Pula per person. A booking for 4 people will be 4 times 1000 Pula= 4000 Pula
The 5% of the total booking (4000 Pula ) for this booking will be 200 Pula.
PLAN C. PAY PER QUOTE
1. Deposit Advertising Credit on AfrisafariBookings
2. For every booking or quotation request there is a 2% deduction from Partners Advertising Credit
3. There are NO monthly or yearly subscription fees
4. Payments from customers are processed and handled by the Partner.
Example: A partner has listed a tour: 5 Days Safari Okavango Delta which costs 1000 Pula per person. The quotation for 4 people will be 4 times 1000 Pula= 4000 Pula.
The 2% of the total quotation (4000 Pula) will be 80 Pula. The 80 Pula will be deducted from the Partners advertising credit.
