How to add Hotel, Guest House or Bed and Breakfast

HOW TO LIST TO ACCOMMODATION

STEP 1: ADD HOTEL

Follow written and instructional Videos(On the side and below).

1.Log into your account

2.Click on the arrow pointing downwards after the account name

3. Menu will appear showing: Dashboard, BookingHistory, Logout.

4.Click on Dashboard. You will be taken to your Account Dashboard

5. Scroll down the menu bar on the left and click on the arrow opposite Hotels

6.Menu will appear showing: Add New Hotel, My Hotel, Add Booking Hotel, Booking Hotel, Hotel Inventory, My Room, Add new room, Add Booking Room

7.Click on Add New Hotel to add a new hotel

8. A new page will appear Add Hotel with subheadings: BASIC INFO, FACILITIES, PHOTOS, LOCATIONS, POLICY.

9.Under BASIC INFO fill in the Hotel Name, Hotel Star, Description, Short Intro, upload Hotel Logo, fill in hotel Contact Details, under Book Setting enter number of days of bookings before arrival book before number of days, Price setting under set auto calculation average price choose No and enter average price. Then press Continue to proceed to FACILITIES

9.Under FACILITIES tick appropriate HOTEL FACILITIES and HOTEL THEME. Enter Check-In Time and Check-Out Time. Then click on Continue and proceed to PHOTOS.

10.Under HOTEL IMAGE, enter Featured Image and Gallery Images, Click on Continue to proceed to LOCATIONS

11.Under LOCATIONS enter the Hotel location and Real Hotel address. Re-enter the Real Hotel address on the map. Click on Continue and proceed to POLICY.

12.Under POLICY click on Add A Policy and enter Hotels Policy.

13.Click on COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION to complete Hotel Registration. A message will appear at the top successfully. The next step after adding a Hotel is to add Rooms

14. Finally Click on Continue followed by Continue at the bottom, until the last step. Green ticks will appear on the different headings. This step is a final check, after which the hotel will appear on the website. The hotel will not show on the website if this final step is omitted. A message successful will appear above headings.

How Register a Room

Step 2.ADD  ROOMS

1. Scroll down the menu bar on the left and click on the arrow opposite Hotels

2.Menu will appear showing: Add New Hotel, My Hotel, Add Booking Hotel, Booking Hotel, Hotel Inventory, My Room, Add a new room, Add Booking Room

3.Click on Add new room to add a room

4. A new page will appear Add Room with subheadings: BASIC INFO, FACILITIES, PHOTOS, PRICE, LOCATIONS.

5.Under BASIC INFO fill in the Hotel Room Name, Select the Hotel, Description, Short Intro, Fill in the number of rooms (Same type of Rooms), Number of Adults, Number of Children, Number of Beds, Room Footage/size(Square feet or Meter squared)Then press Continue to proceed to FACILITIES

6.Under FACILITIES choose ROOM TYPE and ROOM FACILITIES

7.Under Booking Options choose Instant & Enquire Booking

8.Under Description describe the Room. Then press Continue to proceed to PHOTOS.

9.Under PHOTOS add a Featured Image of the Room and Gallery of Room images. Then press Continue to proceed to PRICE.

10.Under PRICE, add Price under Pricing. Then press Continue to proceed to LOCATIONS.

11.Under LOCATIONS Select Hotel Room Location and Real Hotel Room Adress. (They have to be the same as Hotel location and address).

12.Then press COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION to finish Room(s) registration.

How to make a room Available

Step3: ROOM AVAILABILITY

1.Click on a Room to be edited. Click on Edit. A page titled Edit Room should appear with subheadings: BASIC INFO, FACILITIES, PHOTOS, PRICE, LOCATIONS, AVAILABILITY, ICAL SYNC

2.Click on AVAILABILITY and then click on Bulk Edit on the far right.

3.Select Days of Week, Days of Month, Months, Years. 

4, Enter Price of the Room and Save. Wait for the data to be uploaded into the calendar

5. A message Added Successfully will appear at the bottom when the upload is complete.

6.Press Close in the far right-hand corner to finish

7.Press Continue followed by Complete

8. Green message “successfully” should appear below Edit Room.

9. Press Continue followed by Continue to double-check.

How to make a Booked Room Unavailable.

STEP 4: HOW TO MAKE A ROOM UNAVAILABLE(BOOKED)

 

1.Log into your account

 

2.Click on the arrow pointing downwards after the account name.

 

3. Menu will appear showing: Dashboard, BookingHistory, Logout.

 

4.Click on Dashboard. You will be taken to your Account Dashboard

 

5. Scroll down the menu bar on the left and click on the arrow opposite Hotels

 

6.Menu will appear showing: Add New Hotel, My Hotel, Add Booking Hotel, Booking Hotel, Hotel Inventory, My Room, Add new room, Add Booking Room.

7.Click on Edit.

8.Click on Availability.

9. Enter the Check-In and Check-Out dates, when the Room will be unavailable or booked.

10.Enter Room Price in the space provided.

11.Under Status change to Unavailable.

12 Click on Update and blank unavailable dates should appear on the calendar.

How to sync Website and Google Calendar bookings

1.Log into your Google account.

2.Click calendar.

3.In this example the Hotel is booked(unavailable) from 11 -20 February and available from 1-10 February and from 21-28 February. 0|unavailable copy and paste into your calendar.

4. Enter Price as the title for example 100, in this example.

5.Then click Save.

6.Double click on the Price. Click on Edit.

7.Enter the dates when the room is available. (1-10 February in this example)

8.Click Save

9.Double click on the date. Copy and paste 0|unavailable, as the title. (Unavailable dates from 11-20 February in this example).

10.Enter 0|unavailable for the dates the room is booked or unavailable.

11.Click Save.

12.Repeat steps 4-8 for available dates from the 21-28 February.

13.Finally check if the changes reflect on the Calendar.

How to Synchronise your Website with Home Away Calendar.

Step 1. Log in to your Home Away(VRBO) account.

Step 2. Select My Listings, in the dashboard.

Step 3. The calendar will appear on the left, make some dates available through the calendar or date range.

Step 4.Scroll down to Export Calendar and copy URL and paste on your website calendar as shown in the Google calendar above.

How to synchronize TripAdvisor and your business account.

Step 1. Log into your TripAdvisor account.

Step 2. Select Calendar in the Dashboard.

Step 3. Ste up available Bookings on the calendar.

Step 4. Finally, click on Export, on the right sidebar, copy URL and paste it on your calendar.

How to Synchronize Airbnb calendar and your Calendar

Step 1 Log into your Airbnb account.

Step 2. Select Listings on the menu bar.

Step 3. Configure Calendar under Availability.

Step 4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to Export Calendar, copy the URL and paste it on your calendar.
